Overview Freshly harvested paddy usually carries between 18 and 28 percent moisture, and at that level it cannot be stored or milled economically. If the grain is dried too fast it cracks and the milling yield collapses, and if it is stored too wet it heats, moulds and loses value. The Paddy Rice Grain Dryer Tower solves both problems by removing moisture gently and evenly to a safe, mill ready level. The dryer is a continuous flow tower in which grain descends by gravity
