The Stable Vibrating Feeder GZD1200x4200 delivers a smooth, continuous and controlled flow of material to the primary crusher or screen. Two counter-rotating vibration motors drive the chute in a linear motion, so feed advances evenly without surging or blocking. The gap between the grizzly bars can be adjusted to scalp off fines or undersize before crushing, reducing the load on the primary machine and improving the efficiency of the whole plant.
