Overview A single discoloured grain can spoil an entire batch of premium rice or cereal, and no mechanical separator can remove it reliably. The Grain Color Sorter uses a high speed CCD camera to inspect every kernel as it falls through the sorting chamber, and a precisely timed air jet removes the defective grains from the good stream.
