Corn Deep Processing Machinery Degerming Grits Flour Bran Production Line

The Corn Deep Processing Machinery adopts combined dehusking and degerming technology, and it can produce low fat corn grits, corn flour and corn bran in different granularities. Corn grits and corn flour suit food factories, alcohol plants, wine plants, breweries, lactic acid factories and corn sugar mills that use corn as a raw material, and they are also an ideal food for urban residents, while the corn bran is used for feed.

The process flow is carefully sequenced. Impurities are removed first in the destoner or grader, and the pure grain is then sent to the intensive dampener, where it is dampened thoroughly but gently. After dampening the corn is peeled and crushed in the pulverizer, and after flour extraction it passes through the degerming and germ separating machine before being milled further in the pulverizer. At the end of the procedure the corn flour is packed by the automatic packing machine, so the line runs from raw grain to finished bag with a dust free design and low power consumption.

The turnkey line runs from 30 to 200 t/d and produces corn grits, corn flour and corn bran in adjustable fineness, making it suitable for both food grade milling and industrial corn processing.

The line is shipped as individual machines with the pulverizers, dampener, degermer and packing machine protected and braced for sea transport. We provide the process layout, electrical drawings and a commissioning service, together with a twelve month warranty on the pulverizers, dampener and degerming machine.
