The Robust Ring Hammer Crusher PCH1010 is designed to crush coal and similar brittle materials with a high moisture content in the punishing conditions of power plants and coal preparation systems. A high-speed rotor fitted with rings of hardened steel hammers repeatedly strikes the descending feed until it passes through the grate, delivering a consistently sized product while tolerating sticky, wet coal that would choke other machines. The grate can be adjusted or removed to control product size, and the split casing opens for fast access to the hammers, rings and grates. Built from heavy plate with wear-resistant liners, this crusher is a dependable, low-maintenance workhorse for high-tonnage coal duty.
