The Mould, Hardening Car and Hoister set forms the moulding and handling stage of an AAC block production line. The steel mould gives the aerated concrete slurry its first shape during rising and pre-hardening, the bottom board carries the cake through the process, and the hardening car and hoister move the loaded moulds to and from the autoclaves for steam curing.
