The Industrial Autoclave is a large pressure vessel that cures AAC blocks with saturated steam at high temperature and pressure, giving them their final strength and dimensional stability. Loaded moulds or cars of green blocks are wheeled into the cylindrical autoclave, the door is sealed and steam is admitted to raise the internal pressure and temperature to the set point for a controlled curing cycle.
