The Precision V-series Fine Crusher V1200 is a third-stage machine designed to turn small clinker and hard, abrasive material into a fine, uniformly graded product of under 5 mm. Its high-speed rotor carries special alloy hammers that break material against a ring of hardened anvils, applying a combination of impact and shearing force that reaches a fine size with remarkably low power consumption. Because the output is fine and consistent, upstream ball mills can be bypassed or de-rated, and downstream sizing is simplified. The machine is compact, easy to install and inexpensive to maintain.
