Magnetic Separator CTB1018 Iron Ore Machine for Mineral Concentration Plant

The Magnetic Separator CTB1018 uses a rotating drum fitted with permanent magnets to capture strongly magnetic particles from an ore slurry and carry them clean out of the tailings. As the slurry flows through the tank, magnetite and other ferromagnetic minerals cling to the drum surface and are lifted behind a scraper, while non-magnetic material is washed away with the flow. This continuous, self-cleaning action recovers valuable magnetic concentrate at high efficiency and removes tramp iron that might damage downstream equipment. Its permanent magnet system needs no power for the field, making the separator energy-efficient and very reliable in round-the-clock mineral processing duty.
