The Edible Oil Extractor is the core machine in the edible oil solvent extraction process. Pretreated oilseeds or pre-pressed oil cake are fed to the extractor by conveyor, immersed or percolated with a selected organic solvent, and separated into two streams: miscella, the oil-rich solvent mixture, and wet meal.
