The Oilseeds Crushing Machine prepares large oilseeds and pre-pressed cakes for flaking by breaking them into uniform small particles. Soybean, peanut, palm kernel, copra and pre-pressed cakes are typical feed materials. A properly sized crushed particle improves flake quality, increases the processing capacity of the downstream flaking machine and, ultimately, lifts the oil yield of the whole line. Crushing is therefore a key operation in every oilseeds preprocessing workshop.
We offer three crushing configurations so that the machine can be matched to the raw material and the required particle size. The toothed roll crusher uses polygonal saw teeth to impact and cut large seeds and cakes. The glossy roll crusher uses two counter-rotating smooth rolls to squeeze small and medium oilseeds with low moisture. The hammer mill delivers the highest throughput where a slightly higher powder ratio is acceptable. All versions share a robust frame, an adjustable operating gap and easy maintenance access.

The crusher is installed between the cleaning section and the flaking machine in pretreatment lines for soybean, peanut, palm kernel, copra, sunflower seed, rapeseed and tea seed, and it is also widely used to reduce pre-pressed cakes before solvent extraction. Matching the crushed particle size to the flaking gap is the fastest way to raise flake uniformity and reduce fines.
Packaging & Quality AssuranceMachines are shipped in reinforced plywood cases with the rolls locked and the drive protected. Each unit is run in at the factory and supplied with a wear inspection report, a full set of fasteners and an illustrated maintenance guide. A twelve month warranty covers the main frame, rolls and drive assembly.
