The Stone Production Line is a complete, matched crushing and screening system that turns quarried rock into sized construction aggregate. Run-of-quarry stone is delivered by a vibrating feeder to a jaw crusher for coarse crushing, then to an impact crusher for finer reduction and shaping. A multi-deck vibrating screen grades the crushed material into the required sizes, and belt conveyors link the stages and stockpile the finished products. Ten standard configurations, with capacities from thirty to four hundred and fifty tonnes per hour, are available, each built around well-proven feeding, crushing and screening machines matched to the feed size and output required, so the plant is efficient, reliable and easy to operate and maintain.

Stone production lines are used in quarries and aggregate yards to produce sized crushed stone for concrete, asphalt, road base and railway ballast. They process limestone, granite, basalt, river gravel and similar rock, and are also applied to construction and demolition waste recycling and to building material and mining projects.

The line is shipped as a matched package of machines, with crushers, screens, feeders and conveyors braced and their motors and control panels crated separately. A full set of layout drawings and operating manuals is provided, and our engineers support foundation work, installation and commissioning. The equipment is covered by a twelve-month warranty and a dependable supply of wear parts such as jaw plates, blow bars and screen mesh.
