Active Lime Production Line Rotary Kiln Plant for Quicklime Calcination System

The Active Lime Production Line produces high-quality quicklime from limestone using a vertical preheater, a rotary kiln and a grate cooler. Sized limestone is preheated in the vertical preheater by hot gases, then calcined in the rotary kiln at up to 1250 degrees Celsius, and finally cooled in the grate cooler, which recovers heat and returns it to the process. This arrangement gives uniform, highly reactive lime with low residual carbonate and controlled reactivity, ideal for steel, chemical and environmental applications. The line is available in three standard capacities, is fired by gas or coal dust, and is designed for continuous, energy-efficient operation.

Active lime production lines are used to produce quicklime for the steel, chemical, alumina, sugar and paper industries, and for water treatment and flue-gas desulfurization. They are installed in lime plants and integrated into metallurgical and chemical complexes where high-reactivity lime is required in large, consistent quantities.

Equipment is shipped in protected sections and cases with the kiln, preheater and cooler components braced for ocean transport, and electrical and control parts crated separately. A full set of layout drawings, process design and operating manuals is provided, and our engineers support civil works, installation and commissioning. The line is covered by a twelve-month warranty and a dependable supply of refractory and wear parts.
