The Magnetic Beneficiation Plant separates minerals according to differences in magnetic intensity, making it the main method for upgrading iron ore. Ore is first crushed in a jaw crusher and then ground in a ball mill, and the discharged powder is classified in a spiral classifier that cleans and groups the mixture by sedimentation rate. The classified material passes to a magnetic separator, where magnetic minerals are pulled from the pulp under the combined action of magnetic and mechanical force, and is then further treated in a flotation machine to remove remaining impurities. Finally the concentrate is thickened and dried into a clean, dry product. The plant raises ore grade, reduces detrimental impurities, and also serves to recover heavy-media magnetite and to remove iron from non-metallic minerals.

Magnetic beneficiation plants are used to upgrade iron ore and to separate ferrous and rare non-ferrous minerals, and to recover magnetite and ferrosilicon heavy media from gravity separation. They also remove iron impurities from non-metallic minerals such as kyanite, quartz, feldspar and nepheline, and recover steel from metallurgical slag, making them valuable across mining, mineral processing and metallurgical operations.
Packaging & Quality AssuranceThe plant is supplied as a coordinated package of machines, with mills, separators and thickeners shipped in protected sections and the motors, magnetic assemblies and control panels crated separately. A full set of layout drawings, process design and operating manuals is provided, and our engineers support installation, commissioning and operator training. The equipment is backed by a twelve-month warranty and a reliable supply of wear and spare parts.
